K. D. H. Bhadeshia. Bainite in Steels, by H. K. D. H. Bhadeshia. Translated by: Zhengliang, Harbin Institute of Technology.

We start off by considering Japan and the UK’s position in face of the resurgence of great. power politics on the international stage. Behind America's hegemony in the post-Cold War. era, there have been quiet but definite changes, such as the growth of China and the. recovery of the Russian Federation. The UK and Japan must reevaluate their current foreign. policy to take into account such changes. This paper questions what areas should be. prioritized in this reconsideration process. As its economy grows, China has not only established a military presence in the Indo-Pacific. region, but also has increased its economic strength by lending large amounts of money to. developing countries in the name of ‘economic support’. Also, there have been substantial. standoffs in the relationship between Russia and the West especially after the Ukrainian. crisis, in which
